Pineapple Upside Down

Ingredients

Maida            :    1 cup
Condensed milk        :    ½ tin   
Butter            :    ½ cup   
Baking powder        :    ½  tsp
Soda bi carbonate        :    ¼ tsp   
Any cold drink        :    100 ml    ( pepsi, coke or soda )   
Pineapple essence        :    ½ tsp
Pineapple            :    4 pieces

Method    

Seive maida, soda bi carbonate, baking powder together.
Mix butter and condensed milk    to form a fluffy cream.
Keep the pineapple pieces on a baking dish.
Add maida, soda and essence    to condensed milk.       
Pour this on the pineapple pieces.
Keep the contents at 60% power for 4 minutes.
Keep this on high power for 2 minutes.
Switch off the oven and keep it in for 2 - 3 minutes.
Remove from the oven.

Tips

Cocoa powder and vanilla essence can be used instead of pineapple.
The cake can be cut into pieces and decorated with cream, cherry and grated chocolate.
Soda is used instead of egg.
