Ingredients
Jaggery : 1 cup ( grated )
Grated Coconut : 2 cups
Cardamom powder : a little
Rice Flour : 1 cup
Water : 1 cup
Oil : 1 tsp
Salt : a pinch
Method
Set microwave to high power.
In a bowl, mix Jaggery, grated coconut, cardamom powder and keep it in the oven for 3 - 4 minutes.
Remove from the oven and when cool roll them into small balls.
Set microwave to high power.
In a bowl, mix water, salt, oil and keep it in the oven for 1 - 2 minutes.
Add rice flour little by little and keep stirring.
when cool make small pooris with the paste.
Keep a ball of coconut jaggery mix in the middle and close it to form a kozhukattai.
Prepare all the kozhukattais.
Keep them in a hot pack
Sprinkle some water over them.
when needed, steam the kozhukattais for 1 - 2 minutes.
