Ingredients
For kofta
Soya chunks : 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste : ½ tsp
Garam masala powder : ¼ tsp
Aniseed : ¼ tsp (powdered)
Green Chilli : 2
Chana dal flour : 1 - 2 tsp
Salt : as needed
For curry
Onion : 1 ( medium size )
Tomato : 3
Coriander powder : 1tsp
Garam masala powder : ½ tsp
Salt : as needed
Chilli Powder : as needed
Oil : 1 - 1½ tsp
Curd : 2 -3 tsp
Turmeric Powder : a pinch
Ginger garlic paste : ¼ tsp
Water : 1 cup
Method
Cut green chilli, onion, tomato finely.
Soak soya chunks in salt water for 10 minutes.
Set microwave to high power.
Keep soya chunks in the oven for 1 minute.
Remove from the oven. Wash and drain excess water from soya chunks.
Powder soya chunks in a mixie.
To the soya, add the ingredients for kofta, mix and prepare koftas.
Keep the koftas in a closed vessel in the oven for 2 minutes on high power.
For curry
Set microwave to high power.
Mix oil, tomato, onion, ginger garlic paste in a vessel .
Close the vessel with a lid and keep it for 3-4 minutes in the oven.
Mix garam masala powder, salt, chilli powder, curd, turmeric powder and water.
Keep it in the oven for 2 minutes on high power.
Add kofta to this slowly.
Set microwave to medium power.
Close the vessel with a lid and keep it in the oven for 6 - 8 minutes.
Remove from the oven, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
