Ingredients
Panneer : 1 cup
Onion : 1 ( medium size )
Tomato : 1 ( medium size )
Green Chilli : 2 or 3
Ginger : a small
Garlic : 1 pod
Ghee : 1 tsp
Salt : as needed
Coriander leaves : a little
Curry leaves : a little
Turmeric powder : a pinch
Red chilli powder : a pinch
Method
Cut onion, tomato, green chilli, ginger into fine pieces.
Set microwave to high power.
In a vessel, except panneer and coriander leaves, curry leaves mix all the ingredients.
keep it in the oven for 3 - 4 minutes.
Stir the contents in between.
Add crumbled panneer, mix, keep it in the oven for 3 - 4 minutes.
Remove from the oven garnish with coriander leaves, curry leaves and serve.
Tips
This can be used as a stuffing for parotta also.
