Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

Button mushroom     :    15 - 20
Onion         :    1 (medium size)
Butter        :    1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste    :    ½ tsp   
Salt           :    as needed
Pepper powder    :    as needed
Cornflour        :    2 tsp
Milk / Water    :    2 cups

Method

Cut button mushroom, onion into fine pieces.
Set microwave to high power.
Mix onion, butter, ginger garlic paste in a vessel and keep it for 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms, close the vessel with a lid and keep it for 3-5 minutes.
Mix cornflour with a little water or milk and add to the mushroom.
Add remaining milk.
Set microwave to medium power and cook for 4 - 6 minutes.
Add salt, pepper powder as needed and serve hot.
