Cauliflower soup

Ingredients

Cauliflower    :    1 (medium size)
Onion         :    1 (medium size)
Tomato        :    2
Green Chilli    :    3
Ginger Garlic paste    :    ½  tsp
Salt         :    as needed
Turmeric Powder     :    a pinch
Coconut milk     :    3 cups

For seasoning

Ghee         :    1  tsp
Cinnamon        :    1
Cloves        :    2
Cardamom    :    1
Curry leaves     :    a little

 

Method

Cut cauliflower into flowerettes.
Cut onion, tomato, green chilli into fine pieces.
Set microwave oven to high power.
Mix onion, tomato, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, salt and turmeric powder in a vessel.
Cover it with a lid and cook for 3 - 4 minutes.
Add cauliflower and cook for 4 -6 minutes in  closed vessel.
Add coconut milk and cook on medium power for 2 - 4 minutes.
Remove from the oven.
Heat ghee in a frying pan on a stove and add the item for seasoning.
When they splutter add to the soup.
A few drops of lime juice can be added.   
Serve hot.

Tips

Instead of coconut milk, milk can also be used.
