Ingredients
Beans : ¼ Kilo
Salt : as needed
Turmeric Powder : a pinch
Oil : 2 or 3 tsp
To soak and grind
Chana dal : ½ cup
Dried red chilli : 5 or 6
Asafoetida : a pinch
Grated coconut : 1 tsp
( if needed )
Method
Cut beans finely.
Set microwave to high power.
Mix cut beans, salt, turmeric Powder in a closed vessel and keep it in the oven for 4 - 5 minutes.
Grind the ingredients coarsely.
Mix oil, ground items with cooked beans.
Cook in a closed vessel on high power for 2 -3 minutes.
Mix the contents.
Cook the contents in an open vessel on medium power for 4 - 6 minutes.
Mix the contents once in between.
Tips
Red gram dal ¼ cup and chana dal ¼ cup can be used.
This can be prepared with other vegetables too.
For ladies finger and bitter gourd saute them in oil and then cook.
