Baby Corn and Spinach Soup

Ingredients

Baby corn     :    1 cup ( sliced finely)
Spinach         :    ¼ cup (cut finely )
Spring onion    :    ¼ cup (cut finely )
Garlic         :    2 pods (cut finely )
Salt         :    as needed   
Pepper powder    :    as needed
Butter         :    2  tsp    
Coconut milk     :    3 cups

Method

Set microwave to medium power.
Mix butter, spring onion, garlic in a vessel and keep it in for 1 minute.
Add baby corn, close the vessel with a lid and keep it in for 3-5 minutes.
Add spinach, salt, pepper powder and keep it in for 2 minutes.
Add coconut milk, stir well, keep it in the oven for 2 minutes.
Remove from the oven when done and serve hot.
